Thank you for giving out the name of the dealer, I feel if people put stories on here and don’t give the name of the dealer they are no better than the dealer themselves, for not helping the rest of us know who to avoid.

Another tactic worthy of consideration is to call them out on it, make it obvious you know what they did, and 'ask' them not to do that again to you - but strictly on the basis that you intend having an ongoing business relationship with them.

I've done this in the past, and so long as you have the ear of an appropriate stakeholder, they should see you as a realist as opposed to the 'expect perfection' type who appear so detached from the real world.

It has the nice side effect of embarrassing the stakeholder instead of them resorting to their well-practiced and sometimes arrogant defense mechanisms.

My vote: Do the above, take the 2k, and use it to bolster your fine wine or whisky collection. Then drink it during the extra 6-weeks

I agree. They fall into a well, beg to get saved, get saved, and then can't even bother to let anyone know wehre the well is so no one else falls in and needs saving in the future.

They're very selfish and don't deserve help.

 

Hey guys - My 992 turbo s have been confirmed, production has not started yet. it was supposed to be a ED but my dealer told me they have no allocation for ED anymore. Has anyone experiencing the same issue? thanks in advance!
