Default 992 Turbo S Targa

Pretty pretty please Porsche offer a 992 Turbo S Targa.

Who else wants one?

My dream for a long time has been a turbo targa touring(no wing). That would be one for the ages

I'm glad they offer the targa for those that like it.

Personally, I think it's the ugliest thing Porsche has made and would take a boxster or spyder for twice the price!

-But on the point of the OP's question I do not expect them to ever offer the capital T Turbo with a targa. You'll just have to be content with carrera targa power levels.

The only way you can ruin a Targa is by putting one of those awful shopping cart wings on it like some of those other 911's have.

Let me try . . . YOU don't like the Targa, so you hope Porsche does away with the model (so no one else can like it either??)???? Most well-adjusted people consider that sort to sentiment to be self-absorbed and anti-social. And no, this is not politically correct speech. It's social norm.

Anyway, I'm just saying . . . I think that's what flsupraguy meant by that comment.

He probably means that all too many times on Rennlist someone asks a question or wants some information, and it turns into a sea of negativity. He asked who else wants one, not who hates Targas. Full disclosure - my first 911 was a brand new Guards Red 1987 Targa. Loved that car!

992 Turbo S Targa would easily get into the 4000+ LBS territory. Great idea but not sure if want at that weight.
