Default It’s a 991.3

I feel like I’m taking crazy pills. It’s not an all-new car. It’s on the 991.2 platform. It has the 991.2 engine. It’s more of a 991 than it is a new car. I’ve silently felt this way since it’s debut and more and more journalists are referring to it as a .3. Porsche went the conservative route, and maybe that’s a good thing, because the 991.2 is awesome and in my opinion the best 911 yet.

991.3.... 992... WHO CARES? All the reviews seem to be saying it's a great car... driving experience is improved over the 991... and that's all that matters!

Well, the 991.1 has the same 997.2 engine. The list goes on and on.

85% of the parts are completely new. Not sure that makes it a 991, but in my book its a new car and not just a refresh.

I don't understand the post... If you have red or viewed some review or official interview the 992 is based on NEW platform, have 2nd generation of the old turbo 3.0 engine... More journalists referring .3 ? Which link?

991.2 is awesome porsche, probably one of the best 911 but 992 it's newer, modern, more powerful, more technological...

... And 85% of parts are completely new....

I cannot tell it's 991.3

Imho

It is clearly a 901 to the 8th. Porsche continues to wander around finding the way the trolls think it lost.
