My car finally hit port here in Melbourne and my Australian version of track your dream finally updated after being bugged for a while. Only 1 photo so far (I did check the backend but only showing the one). Very excited. Should have it maybe end of Jan, but most likely first week of Feb.

If you liked the Goodyears, you should love the Michelins. I won't put anything else on my cars. To me, tires are arguably the most important part of any car and it would be foolish not to always get the best. Enjoy!
If I'm reading the status of my S correctly, it's been waiting for transport to the port since 1/11/2023. The car should have arrived at the port on 1/13 but hasn't yet. Is this the correct interpretation of these two stages?

There seems to be a little discrepancy. A bunch of us being built over the holidays would have massive stalls then surge ahead. If you were complete and ready for transport I'd imagine you'll be on the same Emden trip (1/23) as a bunch of us that went CP8.0 last week. You were ahead of us on that, then mine jumped.
My timeline is crazy
1/9 - get email that your porsche is complete
1/9-14- says its still in production and hasn't hit CP8.0
1/16 - updates a delivery from 2/3 to 3/3 with a 4 week gap for CP8.0 (2/17)
1/17 - car is on a truck heading to emden with a 2/17 delivery estimate
Hard to predict. Dealer is just as lost.
I had a buddy who got a C4S this fall and he never even got a production started notice. Just a car showed up at the dealer.

Aero kit looks incredible on the car congratulations I bet you can't wait!
To shed a little light on what I'm seeing with TYD, using my Mac I get one set of Photos and using my app on my phone I get more photos. When I open the source code for the TYD on my Mac the final photo is no where. Using my phone the final image completed loads. As you can see in the photo no black wing!! This has to be one of the delays.
I'm sure it is part of the delay. My car is built and, like yours, is awaiting the gloss black aerokit wing. I got a notice in November that it was done and pictures (missing the aerokit) to go with it. Since then, it has been waiting... best guess is the gloss black aero.
EDIT: I see it came in!!! Gives me some hope for mine
gthal with all the supply chain issues with this economy it can make is hard getting anything today. Your patients will payoff in the long run. Even Ford is still having supply issues!! I was lucky and offered a 2023 Outter banks, grabbed it and surprise Ford sent me an email that asked me the above!! thank god I grabbed the Bronco I was offered a few weeks ago!!
