mine just left emden with violet ace this morning. Anyone else on the same boat?
I am aboard, but was not expecting to be. Mine car is going to Houston and the ships' schedule shows "Skip" for Houston for the Violet Ace.
Violet Ace schedule to arrive Baltimore 10/28. My "Arrival at Local Entry Port" date was just moved to 11/27 which seems a little long from Baltimore. Historically, Baltimore to Houston is about 8 days, so hoping for around 11/5.
My TYD also disappeared for a while today and the car on the mobile app was moved to my vehicles. Then I got the welcome to TYD email and it was back. Someone probably clicked the wrong button!

I am on it - just confirmed but tracker still says not to arrive until Thanksgiving day (ship is scheduled to dock on October 28th) - and I live 45 min from Baltimore I am hoping it will not sit there for near a month. I wish I could just go there and get it -
Fingers crossed all gets updated to something sooner.
At this moment porsche tracker is not updated in my opinion. Therefore I am taking violet ace tracker as arrival date. Hopefully we can receive cars by 3-5 november.

For sure it will not sit there a month. Storage in customs is super expensive
My PA delivery just got pushed back a week from 11/15 to 11/22. Completion of the car was not delayed and is still 10/19. Currently on the assembly line in the body shop with a V250 status. Scheduled to depart Germany on 11/2 potentially on the Ace Sunshine to be unloaded in Baltimore. Waiting for pictures shortly. The two year wait may be coming to an end shortly.
Just got a notification saying my car is at the German port. (10/17) Completion of the car was 10/13. My expected date now pushed to 11/22 as well from 11/13. Maybe, I just missed a boat and getting on the next one.
It would be great if you could let us know when it gets to dealer (or even loaded on truck to dealer) - so we have a general idea of current port wait times.
New Porsche owner here, specifically a base 4. Nice to meet everyone!
My car is about to lock and the manufacturing date is in mid-November . I will pick it up in Zuffenhausen in January. I got my first notification email just a few days ago.
A little backstory. I knew very little about Porsches in general. Back in June I went naively to the local dealer to inquire about ordering one. I was told that base models are very difficult to obtain and European delivery requires an act of God. I was complimented out the door within 5 minutes without as much as a business card. Later at home is when I learned about allocations, ADMs, etc. After some back and forth, I was told that Porsche did make a slot available and I ended up buying the car at MSRP and received a European delivery slot in January. Not the best date but I am German (living in the mid-West) and so this works just fine from my perspective.
This is just a single data point but maybe demand has softened enough that cars can be ordered again?
My car has reached the change freeze point 3 different times now as it seemingly keeps getting pushed back? Not in a tremendous rush as it allows me to save up some more but not sure if this is typical. Yesterday it reverted back to saying "order received" and then changed the change freeze date to today.
Finished one day earlier than the website provided. Pictures sent the day construction finished. Don’t see the colored Porsche crest on the wheels but I guess that gets done later. It appears they also covered the truffle brown seats for protection.

Congrats! The center caps and front chin spoiler are installed during the PDI at the dealership.
