Jumping in here well before I order anything (hopefully August ) - pretty set on Gentian Blue but I could be sold on Guard's Red / Lava Orange.
I'm also on the fence on adding another $4200 for the full leather interior. I don't have it on my Cayman right now and that's fine (still leather on all of the things I touch) - but I do think it would be a nice addition.
My build: http://www.porsche-code.com/PLZ7RDH2
Any thoughts on the 992 with/without full leather? Basically, I'm already down to the bare requirements (There's really nothing else I want to add) - and the full leather is my only sticking point (mainly because of price).

Oh wow! That is a fantastic spec! Congratulations! I wasn't a fan of the SD, but in this colour with those wheels it is incredible!

Are US dealers offering allocations?

When I went in to my dealer recently (1 week ago?) he mentioned having 4 allocations right now - whether or not they're spoken for who knows...
He also said he'd not even had a chance to see/drive the car yet. There's something in Salt Lake City (or maybe ATL, not sure) for them to see the cars for the first ime.
