We all spend countless hours on Porsche's configurators; it goes without saying. The following is my dream build for the new 992. Some of us (as I) can't currently afford to buy the latest and greatest but have aspirations for the future. I'd love to see how the rest of you design yours!

Make sure to add your Porsche Code

PS - Aventurine Green exterior is calling out to me so badly, but I am hard set on a full blue/silver interior and think it would clash horribly, so I am going with Dolomite.

Default Aventurine Adventure

I will wait for the non S model to come to market, not set on manual or PDK yet. Looking forward to seeing Aventurine in the flesh, looks like a great timeless colour to me. Also having a dark/light standard interior option available on the 992 is excellent for my taste. If a less expensive wood option becomes available I’ll pick that. To my eyes wood looks brilliant in this genration of 911. Burmester is a non-negotiable option for me, listening to music on that system will turn even the ****est of days into a pleasure for me. Even more so than the beloved crescendo of the flat sixes..

Base Price (in CAD) 992 Carrera S $129,100
Price for Equipment $9,460
Destination Charge $1,250

Exterior Colour Aventurine Green Metallic U4 $950
Interior Colour Black/Mojave Standard Interior JP $0
Performance PDK G1F $0
Wheels 20"/21" Carrera S wheels 46I $0
Interior Power Sport Seats (4-way) Q5A $0
Interior Wood Paldao Dark Wood Interior Porsche Exclusive Bla 5TT $2,160
Audio and Communications Burmester® 9VJ $6,350
European Delivery Zuffenhausen (Porsche Werksabholung) SZ8 $0
Total Price* $139,810

I hope I get to see Black/Island Green and Agave Green leather in real life at some point. Mostly just to satisfy my curiosity.

The backlit configurator renders are frustrating when looking at light cars. The blank background was better.

I'm waiting for the MT to start posting dream Builds. Until then I'll just spec Caymans.

That is exactly how I would not want it. Which is something to celebrate in and of itself, I think it is so exciting to realise that there are so much options the 911 which allow it to be pushed into so many directions and tastes.
I'm a bit less entusiastic about option pricing, but that's another topic alltogether.
