Default Speed/load rating for OEM wheels

Hi, i am looking at getting new tires (Pilot Sport 4 S) for the 992 turbo S, I have the wheels in this picture. The tire shop asked me for the speed and load ratings, anyone know what would be? The tire sizes i believe are 255/35/20 (FR) and 315/30/21 (Rear). Thanks!

speed and load ratings refer to tires not wheels. Your wheels are forged and are warranted by Porsche for the top speed of the car and amount of weight you can carry.

the tires have to match ALL the specs for your car so replacing the tires with anything but tires that are Porsche specified must be done carefully.

go to the tire rack website and do a search for replacement tires and you will see which are OEM to your car. Generally these are marked NO to identify them. Give the tire rack a call and get an education, they are very helpful.

Just an FYI, wheels have load ratings as well but should be irrelevant to OP’s concerns.

Could anyone confirm the specs are correct also on the tires?

Yes.
XL is the correct load rating.

You can go as low as 93Y on the fronts. 97Y is fine.

105 for the rears is fine.

It means it is for a specific Porsche application, the Panamera in this case. I would recommend you go with the generic version instead for both front and rear.

Nope. It means it is for a specific Porsche application. The speed rating in the letter after the load index (Y) in this case.
