Yeah, just found that too but a little nervous with any more APR purchases lololololololol

Rather have one developed for this car specifically so we know it works. . . especially with pushing more boost. . . .

There is 991.x versions, searching now, maybe one can be rigged up to fit, but yes if someone made one, would be ideal, however, I do not think its exists yet.

@venom911 please PM me with your email address. The team typically responds within 24 hours so if you were ignored, I want to investigate and get you help right away.

Also note this is pre-turbo, so it wouldn’t cause a boost leak.

that would not be a boost leak. Your boost is between turbo and intercooler. This is your inlet for the turbo after your filter. The original set up is also a bolt in design similar to this. I do agree though that it should not be leaking oil and pcv system on these cars could definitely benefit from a catch can of some sort. I would unbolt that and check whatever kind of seal is in there. Maybe just seal it with a RTV since there is no pressure. Post some pics if you do take it apart. I'm actually in the middle of doing this install myself.

Yes, sorry, meant air leak albeit probably small. . . perhaps I just leave as is and let it drip to serve as a make shift catch-can

well, it would be better than going back into turbo and being blown in to the intercooler like factory does....lol

Arin was very helpful and responsive and the APR team did overnight me a replacement unit which I received today. Will report back outcome after I take it into my shop later this week.

Thought I would share some pics of both the do88 and APR passenger side inlet pipes for comparison since I have both. Will be installing the do88s tomorrow to see how they work.

I would go with the do88s. Unfortunately I had to return them as they wouldn't fit with the APR intake box. I installed the new APR part and we actually also put a seal compound around the outside of it just be safe, lol. No issues so far.

If I was to do it again, I would probably just do the d088 pipes and call it a day without upgrading the airbox.
