Default Submitted Turbo S build - called an audible

I submitted my Turbo S build today. September build and the order says October delivery, but I think that seems optimistic. I was all set on Aventurine Green but when I sat the Carmine Red panel in person there was no question I was getting it. I went with a more classic build with the 5 lug Turbo Exclusive Design wheels and a balance of silver and black accents on the car. Interior-wise I went with black leather with deviated guards red stitching and red seat belts - although I’m still thinking about switching it to truffle with chalk stitching. Looking forward to getting back into a Turbo.

Looks great. Personally, I would do the silver TTS ED wheels because those are very special and the icing on the cake. And a great value compared to other Porsche options. I would do something other than matt black mirror bases.

I did the silver ed wheels on my gentian build, they are actually more gunmetal/silver

Looks great - you will love Carmine Red - I've had 2 of them now - one of Porsche's best colors. Stick with the black interior with red accents - any wheel looks great with it, go with the one you like best.

Great build! My only suggestion would be to consider one of the two silver exhaust tip options instead of gloss black, but you can't go wrong either way. It would just tie in nicely with the silver on the wheels.

I wish Porsche made a true, solid silver ED wheel without the diamond polishing. That would have been my choice.

Wish I could find an allocation for a new TTS. And my order would not be a cheapie.

I'm in Florida 7+ months a year, and it's a tough market there too.

I was fortunate enough to pretrade my 992 c2s for a sept build… also have a relationship with the dealer so that helps

Purely speculative on my part, but I think 2022 will be easier, allocation wise.

Carmine Red is definitely one of my favorite Porsche colors and I think it suits the Turbo S particularly well.

The two changes I would personally make on the build are to go sunroof delete (or body colored sunroof if you really want one) and "Rear Lid Grille Vertical Slat Inlays in Exterior Color". I think it cleans up the look quite a bit vs. the black glass roof and engine cover...

That's funning every year I say I am going to order a red Corvette, 14 Corvette's later and no red ones yet, but I still plan on a red one. My Dad had a red 365 that was really nice

I had a Carmine Red GT4. The color is beautiful - Porsche's best true red (Signal Red is also nice). Arena Red is my all time favorite, but I almost don’t even think of it as a true red. I'm glad I had a red sports car (everyone should at least once), but I probably won't ever own another
