I had a Carmine Red GT4. The color is beautiful - Porsche's best true red (Signal Red is also nice). Arena Red is my all time favorite, but I almost don’t even think of it as a true red. I'm glad I had a red sports car (everyone should at least once), but I probably won't ever own another
I was thinking about Cherry Red from the Targa Heritage for the 992TTS. I'm sure it would be stunning, but it would probably take 9 months extra and I'm not sure I want to wait.
My other alternative choice was CWM over Graphite blue with chalk stitching. My lock date isn't for a while - so, of course, I could still end up with that

I've had one "real" red - my first car was a 1968 mustang, red over black. My 993TT was arena red.

The current PTS reds are pretty nice:
Fire Red (looks like a brighter Carmine)
GTS Red (this one is like a cross between Carmine and Arena Red)
Rosso Corsa (classic Ferrari Red)
Superior Red Metallic (not red - basically metallic purple)
Peru Red (cool heritage color)
