Default What'd be the Turbo S Nurburgring lap time?

I think around 7.00-7.10. What's your guess?

My guess is that answer is on the slipstream of the Turbo when you create a build code such as this generic one...I see 7:00, 7:01 or 7:18.

I think that's just some generic graphic. An invalid Porsche code gets you the same image: https://www.porsche.com/microsite/po...spx?c=/P000000

Given the 991.2 has a recorded time of 7:17 by sport auto, I'd imagine we would easily see sub 7:15.

This is interesting....certainly no trouble staying on the tail of a GT3 RS

Also the GT3 RS is way down on power by comparison at 520hp.

GT3RS has a 6:56 time, which is simply incredible for that platform and yes a reflection of heroic driving

I bet the TTS will be closer to 7:00 than people think...

You should be aware of what is happening here between the 3RS and the Turbo.

This is the Porsche Masters training event at the Ring. The student is in the Turbo and the instructor is leading in the 3RS. It's a lead follow format where the instructor only drives as fast as thinks the student is capable. All the while the instructor is looking in the rear vision mirror and providing constant commentary (you can hear it in the background) on where to brake, turn in, etc while keeping an eye on the student behind....mostly with only one hand on the wheel. If the instructor in the 3Rs wanted to disappear...he could...in heartbeat.

Without a doubt.
The GT3RS is insane on the ring for the power it has.

Ring times are very dependent on tires. I don’t expect a 7:08 time with the standard PZeros, since those are street tires. Slap on some of the Cup 2 Rs from the GT2/3 RS cars then the times will be a lot faster.
