GT3RS: Msrp but wait 6years VS Pay current market value

yep so I hope I get lucky within a few months or so. If not then that’s cool. I believe they would treat me right as they appreciated my trade.

ADM is not even a real thing. It’s a starting point in my perspective with so manny other moving parts. Example is was given the first of three allocation when the RS dropped. I agreed to 100k ADM. was I crazy ? No one had any idea of values etc etc. How ever I arranged my trade which the same dealer gave me at Msrp when it dropped, 992 gt3. My trade in was 265k. I paid 215k and so my 100k ADM was not 100k it was 50k. Then outa pure luck my build was pushed from 2023 - 2024 and I had my price locked in my contract. The Msrp went up 18k / now my ADM was 32k
I tell you all this as the words “ADM” are never the true story.

Nothing is worth waiting for six years to get. Live today, for tomorrow is promised to no one.

Honestly even if I buy it at msrp it’s not technically msrp because I sold my car to them around msrp where I could have easily got 40-50k over. So I guess that’s why they are willing to sell at that. Oh well, I don’t really trust anyone so let’s see how it plays out IF I get an allocation.

in 6 yrs the 994.2 will be updated to the 995.1 so might as well put deposit on that instead and wait 7 yrs. but then your only few yrs away from 995.2 so why not wait for that? unless really have heart set on 998.1

I put my name on a dealer's list that only sells at MSRP about five years ago. Timing was luck of the draw and I had a 991.2 GT3 RS to keep me entertained so I wasn't too worried. Worked out great because my name came up for the dealers first 992 GT3 RS. I punted that to the number two guy on the list in order to get PTS, which was available on the next allocation. I re-up with them every time I take delivery of a new car and I've yet to turn down anything when it's my turn. Needless to say they have a customer for life.
To each his own, but I've never paid an ADM and never will. There are just too many great cars out there to play that game.

Yep. I am kinda screwed if local gm change his words and says fxxx off with an adm but I have an ultimate weapon called Google review and these dealers are so scared of a bad review I think they would do something.
I have emails, texts both from the gm and sa confirming rs at msrp and me at first allocation so I could use them as proof when they say something different.
But you know, if I end up not/can’t buying, that’s ok. At least I didn't spend that much money.

Maybe I should make a review. I was promised by both my SM and GM that they would allocate me a GT3 RS over a conference call after wiring money for a turbo s that was stuck at port still for them to achieve their sales numbers. Upon retirement of the SM, they re-confirmed that commitment. However, the GM began ignoring all my communications including emails and calls regarding the promise. The SM ignores all the voicemails I left as well. Not sure if there is any recourse for these shady practices.
