So I have been reading all the threads about RS allocations being cancelled and or pushed to 2025 models, I noticed today that my RS build was moved from my app, but so was my 2024 GTS4 which has a similar build time

Anyone else having these issues with the App removing their builds?

BTW i am in Canada, so maybe a Canadian issue?

My build just removed from the app too but shows on the website so I suspect it's just an app issue

 

Removed from app but visible on website. This has happened before. Most likely an app issue as my build reappeared on the app after a few days the last time it happened.

I'm curious, his and hers or daily vs track car?

 

they possibly messed up a software deploy/update and introduced a regression, removing them from the app. esp, if it's happened before then reappears later, and since it's still on the web app (vs mobile app). delivering seamless software as a service, esp with a client app in the picture isn't easy. just a suspicion.

 

My car disappeared from app but it was on web, then it reappeared.

The app has had problems and PCNA is in the process of correcting the issues. Also, keep in mind that if your car was moved to a 2025 model the app or website will not show the status of the car.Your commision number will be removed. In June your dealer should update you.
