Moving the ST from the 991 GT3/RS to 992 GT3/RS

Fronts on 992 have 12mm shallower hats than 991. Need new hats to convert but ST doesn't provide that option.
Rears from 991 to 992 are the same.

Yes, it's much different for the RS vs GT3 much more able to adjust. It's on page 8 of the "Driving on the Race Track" manual.

Went through a couple refurbishments. Excellent brakes better then PCCB and much cheaper.

Do we know what the difference is between GT3 and Gt3RS as ST seems to have a different part #?
Aren’t the brakes the same? PCCB VS PCCB GT3 VS GT3RS?

Our 992 GT3 and 992 GT3 PCCB kits are the same. As others have mentioned, if you have an older model 992 GT3 with iron (pre-9/2022) you will have 34mm front discs. If your 992 GT3 was built after September of 2022, your iron discs will be 36mm thick. Our 992 GT3 and 992 GT3RS kits are a little different (34mm vs 36mm), but both will work interchangeably. The 992 GT3/RS iron upgrade kits are incredibly light.

Yes unfortunately ST doesn't just sell the hats, part of the reason is that the discs have to get rebalanced which requires grinding material off the midsection of the discs up near the O.D. Your rear discs will work as you know but you will need new fronts. Also, please make sure you have the correct caliper spacers for the rears, if you are coming from an iron upgrade kit and moving to an iron upgrade kit or a PCCB replacement kit.

Also, for anyone interested in STs, I was informed we are having a 10% price increase. ST wanted to start this January 1st, but I convinced them to wait until February 1st to allow folks an opportunity to get them at current pricing now if you were on the fence. Pagid also just had a price increase as well, so now is the time to get in on these if you are interested. Please contact me if you have any questions.
