It looks like nicely specced GT3's are being listed/sold in the 240k range right now ( and dropping ). That is MSRP + Tax at the recent msrp bump. I would walk if any dealer asked me for an ADM right now.

Paying big ADM's today is a losing proposition.

That car specced today would be well over 250k msrp + tax. I would guess it will end somewhere around 300k. Its not worth MSRP + Tax + large ADM if offered by a dealer. Take the PTS away and its a 240 - 250k car max = Current MSRP + TTL.

You got todays price, yesterday. Congratulations.
I am not hating on the game at all. Porsche decided to take the ADM for themselves via MSRP bump. Good for them ! My dealer was expecting a wing allocation a few weeks ago and was going to give it to me at msrp. After the price bump, limited colors/options, etc. my car specced to 226k + TTL and it wasn't really what I wanted. I would be right about 250k all in and its losing its appeal at that price.

Poll is incomplete - there should be a "Below MSRP" option. And no, it's not a joke.
A good amount of ppl got MY22 price protection on their MY23 builds, which in today's terms would be anywhere between a ~$9-$25K below current MSRP pricing.

I actually am one of those. My build was supposed to be a MY22, but when it became a MY23, my pricing held firm. I am slightly curious what the window sticker will say when it arrives, but they are honoring the original price as it was when I specced it (and it was accepted).

Few dealers in Southern California still doing $60k ADM for a build slot from my recent inquiries 🥲

Seems like a decent price. If you got an allocation today, that build would be over $250k, and not all of the options might be available (PTS etc.), and you'd have to wait a long time for the car. To me, this might be better than a new allocation at MSRP depending on your preference for waiting and availability of all of the options.
