Thanks for the recommendation. Thankfully Porsche builds are tagged with a code that we can both access. Its a pretty streamlined process.

What's the details on your build?

I am glad to hear that. One time my SA and i were updating the spec. It turned out she updated "my dream" as opposed to my actual car. So, the car came missing the last change. It was a 4RS too. What can you do?

If you check all the boxes, you will get my build. So, I cover all interior plastic with leather/alcan when I can, add all the performance mod available, paint all the exterior plastic with cxx when I can, best headlights available. I like factory over aftermarket. I don't like regretting not doing something. It happened way too often from past experiences.

Sounds like a fantastic build and I concur with decision going factory as opposed to aftermarket.

I managed to get all of the options I wanted besides the PTS...really wanted Brewster Green or Oak Green but ended up going with Guards Red and carbon mirrors/roof/bucket seat and carbon int - lift system and a few more.
I was originally planned for June 26th but got bumped up to June 19th prod start.

Will keep posted on progress if any are interested.
Quick update - build done on June 24th arrived to port June 26th and it has not updated since then...unsure if I missed 2 vessels already as my dates are still showing departing port July 1st to July4th which is when Lake Wanaka vessel was departing...hopefully it updates once it reaches Halifax NS port - it did the same thing last year on my 992 C2 it updated only once arrived to Halifax port...otherwise there is another vessel departing Emden on July 16th - Sunshine Ace to Halifax hopefully it gets onto that one.
Quick photo of production...super happy with how it came out, I find GR is the perfect color for the GT3, can't go wrong with GR.

Got the update last night around 540pm - GT3 IS ON THE VESSEL - SUNSHINE ACE towards Halifax NS arrival on July 28th.
Hopefully from port to dealer in Montreal,QC will be a quick process.
Hoping for possession early Aug, 1st or 2nd week if all goes well.

GT3 is off the vessel currently in Halifax NS - it got delayed 3 days from original arrival date - Halifax has been hit with massive rain causing floods and road closure about 7-10days ago but seems to be much better now.
Car came off the boat on Monday July 31st instead of Friday July 28th...I am assuming it's going through customs/pdi and onto the truck for delivery to Montreal Dealer.
Hoping it gets there by next week and delivery soon thereafter...will keep everyone posted

It's coming real soon!
Cheers

GT3 arrived at my dealer in Laval,QC yesterday at 4pm
I should be picking it up on Tuesday afternoon - excitement is pretty intense right now

Long life dream of mine to own a GT3, since I first saw the 996 GT3 at the Montreal AutoShow in 2000...I was 11 years old and since then I've been a true Porsche fanatic and to say I now own one is pretty wild.
