The 4RS is not.... and I repeat, not as goodnof a car as some like to claim it is. I personally cant wait to trade mine towards my PTS 3RS spot.

depends on what your definition of a good car is. It varies from person to person. Took my 4RS for 120 mile drive today through some twisty roads and was grinning ear to ear. It’s raw, loud and nimble, not massive. Checks all the boxes for what I am looking for in a car when I want a fun memorable drive. It’s rougher than most, louder than most, but it’s essentially a dinosaur vs newer cars like 992 GT3 and RS, and thats why I like it so much. But it’s not for everyone

Its definitly a cruiser that has its perks. I love how linear the power if for sure. It's just blah it many ways for my personal taste. On a side note, I too went on a cruise today to a few job sites in the Viper ACR-E through the jungle of Houstons interstate system. Logged about 115miles in and that alot on beating in this platform, but I'm a gluten for punishment. While out this cute little Linden Green 992 GT3 Touring wanted to play on the beltway, but much to their luck I had to exit. Otherwise they would've been trading that $hit in by the end of Saturdays business out of embarrassment.

Embarrassing is thinking someone in a Touring looked twice at your viper, let alone selling it because of one lol

You're on crack bro. I'm not sure what pedigree of ignorant cloth you got cut from with that statement, but I'd put major coin on the line for the following. If we as a whole put the Touring, ST, R, or even a Speedster next to any Viper ACR-E in public you're 195% going to be disappointed on the level of ignored any of those cars will receive when put next to an ACR-E. This isn't an opinion, that's a fact. Not to mention worth more in future than Touring.

And yes, when someone drops 2 gears on the belt and tries to roll.... they looked.

JustaBoofer - only you and Dominic Toretto live a quarter mile at a time. The rest of us are here to talk about the S/T

Well played!

So on that note. I know of a Sport Classic with 40miles on it for sale. In case anyone looking.
They're shooting for around $499k, but likely can wiggle some.

Being on crack is spending time on a Porsche forum trying to convince Porsche guys your Viper that nobody cares about is a better car.

It’s all making sense now, the constant bashing of S/T by Roofer. I have uncovered his equation of what makes a car great:

(size of rear wing) x (brightness of paint) = car greatness

Given the S/T has no wing and a very drab color palette, the score indicates it’s obviously not a good car. The Viper and 992.1 GT3 RS obviously score highly due to wing size, throw in bonus points for paint and boom: greatest cars ever!

I am just kidding, but I suspect you are still younger in age, and therefor still in the mood for freakish looking cars that draw massive amounts of attention. I ordered my last several GT3 RSs in bright colors, but rarely drove them on the street as they were my track toys. I honestly don’t enjoy the attention. This go around as I am getting older, it’s awful turning 50, decided to pass on my GT3 RS allocation when my ST was confirmed. I personally don’t like the whole look at me show off vibe and tracking a $300k car seems silly. For me, my 4RS is perfect as it’s a fast and fun car at nearly 1/2 the price. Plus on track it’s a bit more challenging to drive quickly which I enjoy, my 992 GT3 was so good that it seemed I wasn’t needed. 4 RS Reminds me a lot of my 991.1 RS or 991.2 GT3 on track, but I would still prefer my 991.2 RS….should have kept that car, kills me

It is going to be odd not having a GT3 RS though, first time in along long time. I am hoping the S/T lives up to the hype and I made the correct choice. I will be brutally honest when I pick mine up concerning my thoughts. If it’s not to my liking I won’t sugar coat it.
