Depends if there were any other restaurants/grocery stores around. And am I starving to death? And do I have $50 that I don't care about spending on a s**t burger?

Well, also if you’re starving in an airport and the VIP clubs are closed (:

Ah yes, buying that $28 airport beer (usually an ice cold pint of flat Budweiser) right before your flight. There is no better value!

Porsche knows dealers are selling for $100K over. They are missing out on that $100K times X number of cars. That is not some small number. If they know they can capture that revenue by going direct, it will happen.
Shareholders may eventually demand it.

Why should the individual who fills out your order form and submits it to Porsche at the dealership make more on the car than the brand that had to design, engineer, manufacture, and support it?

We be interesting to see if this meets the reserve MSRP 212k high bid 250k. Dealer car for auction vs for sale at the dealer.

Reserve not met at $250k, and again the high bid was another dealer. Maybe they'll close the deal on the buy it now price of $265k.

Description said it needed to go to a private party. Not sure why a dealer even bid…

So they are essentially asking for a $50k ADM on a used car…
Hopefully a sign of things cooling off a bit.

I’ve said for months as the hype dies the trend goes downward, and cars are sitting with these crazy prices many will be holding the bag. When the RS gets released it’s the new shiny object and GT3’s will be pre-sold and the dealer will not be paying what they have been buying for call me crazy in April/May. High bid for the car was 38k over MSRP which speaks the market is shifting.

Sadly, RS ADMs of 100-200k may keep GT3 prices high. The auction with the 265 buy it now Plus 5k fee is for a PDK resale. As an enthusiast AND as a 991.1 PDK GT3RS owner, I would still pay more for a manual and lookong forward to my 992 GT3 currently in production.

With spring around the corner I expect prices to remain steady for awhile. Shoot, 991.2s are strong above sticker still.

Things WILL settle down, but we are still in unprecedented times so it's hard to say when. Lastly, if inflation continues at 7-8% it will simply take more dollars for things. Personally, I'm not a fan of cash right now.

For you guys looking some of these cars have been sitting well over a month, and at some point they will move off their numbers. Don’t fall for the lack of supply this happens will all new models, you may pay over but not taken to the wood shed.

A 992 gt3 has popped up on Bring a trailer (Bat), with 7 days to go. At 230K now. Nice spec.

I am guessing that these flippers are still hopeful of getting $290k+ for these cars, especially as Spring is now around the corner. Not sure if they will get that in general, but nice specs like this black one on BaT may convince a buyer out there.
