The great thing about Porsche is that you can have a custom build. I like manuals and certain colors and options. Some people hate livery and others can't stand decals. Leather, custom inserts, painted vent slats, the world is at your fingertips. The cars are all great and most enthusiasts love looking at and discussing with others their cars. I only care about the cost when I buy one or sell one. Life is good.

Sort of. If you are lucky enough to get the custom build... life is good.

A beautiful PTS GT3T with PCCBs sold on BAT for 56k above last week with same mileage, why would you pay 80 above for this one?

The buyer had to pay a commission to BAT presumably, so the real price is not what is stated as the sale price. The BAT sale was substantially lower than what dealers are asking, but that is to be expected. That has always been the case, and not just for GT3Ts.

I think BAT commission is 5% or 7.5k max. So add another 7.5k to sale price.
Dealers can charge up to 2k in doc fee, depending upon the state.
Regardless this car sold at a good price for both the buyer and seller.

I believe the buyers premium is 5% capped at $7,500.

‘twas sarcasm 👍🏼

I watched the BaT one as well. That checked all the boxes and was a fair price, imo.

Yep, I agree. One is still far better off by finding a private seller typically, which is exactly what I recently did when I bought my GT3T. That said, dealers still sell their cars for far more and people still buy them.

If it's CPO's, it has added value.
From the post above, "Andrew_PSD"s link shows a similar GT3T to the white one I posted, but way more options (and PCCBs!), with "only" a $72k markup from original list. The red interior is not for me:

I'm not actively looking, but keep my eyes on the market so when I am ready to pull the trigger, I don't have to read through all these threads to catch up.

Default 2022 PTS 1.7K Miles, 260K

No Pics yet, but PTS British Racing Green

Seems like an interesting spec.

That is not a popular PTS color so it won't bring the premiums like a nice PTS green or blue color.

Hmm.. not a popular PTS colour that won't bring a premium? Not so sure about that...

Here is a 1K example in the same color no PCCB and 214 MSRP that traded at 340K:
