I will post my pics at delivery in a few days: fingers crossed!!

correct. They just got their 992 GT3 “mule” so I’m sure they are working on it!

Congrats and enjoy

Question: given the brouhaha over 992GT3 brakes, how are the PCCBs in terms of any noises/judder, whether in routine driving or in more spirited driving up in the hills?

More "darty" like a go-kart when you turn the steering - not bad at all, just something i noticed when i drove both cars

I have PCCB on my CS, no issue so far, then again i dont use them hard, only thing is that a low speed you can hear some squeals.

Ok i drove both cars back to back and yea there is a huge difference.
  • the gt3 shortcut key opens and closes the garage like a clicker button. That’s such a welcome change. It doesn’t just bring up the homelink profile like the 2020 CS.
  • When you use the FAL, it asks to remember location and auto lifts. So cool.
  • I prefer the new pcm. It’s way faster and layout has everything I need quickly.
  • The GT3 is louder. Definitely louder, i had originally said it wasn’t, but I guess I was just so excited and was expecting it to be way louder. Not as loud as I’d imagined but louder.
  • The ride quality is stiffer, this is hard for me to explain, it’s not harsh, it’s rather smooth but the whole car feels very solid like a metal bar. The same way the carrera s felt so solid coming from my bmw. Carry the same solid feeling delta/2 from carrera and gt3.
  • The steering is very different. To me that’s the biggest difference. The carrera s now feels more disconnected compared to the gt3 (I thought the carrera had the best steering feel ever till I drove the gt3). The input ratio to wheels turning is smaller. (Have no idea if that makes sense).
  • The car is very easy to live with. You can daily this thing easily. I think I had this crazy expectation going in (never driven a gt3 before getting mine) and quite honestly I’m not quite sure what the fuss was about with regards journalists complaining.

Few mods. Clear marker and edguards for seat bolster.

the guards are not perfectly installed, compared to how I see the finished installation on some videos, however it does it’s job. Might re do it if I get an extra pair of hands.
