My dealer (maybe the same as yours) does not show mine on the Comet. We'll see if that changes.

 

I wonder if the TYD delays are due to the holidays. Shipping companies generally crank through the holidays, but I don’t see someone from Porsche processing the manifests and updating the TYD status until things are back to normal working hours. If I had to guess, TYD will probably update 1/2-1/4

 

Weird that the web app says one thing and the mobile app says another

 

Received an update from Joey (I did ED, so my shipping tracking is manual). He confirmed that my car is on the Glovis Comet.

His email provides 1/26 as the ETA to Benicia port, then another 2-3 weeks to reach the dealer. Happy new year!!

 

It's pretty odd that I've received no word. The car was at Emden as of 12/1, and has no indication that it caught the Glovis Comet. I've been through TYD several times, and this suggests that I didn't catch the boat and will be another month (though TYD still suggests Jan 31 dealership delivery). Perhaps a word of warning to newcomers to TYD.... Porsche is not Amazon.

 

Neptune Barcelona will be at port 1/4 and is scheduled to land in Benencia mid February in the event your car didn’t get loaded up.

 

what a fail, my sales rep was looking at another car that got onto Glovis Comet. My 3RS is still at port. Explains why no TYD update. Praying it goes onto the Neptune boat that arrives to Edmen in 30-40 minutes. Went from a December delivery to end of February

 

Well, we're in that boat together. Possibly literally.

TYD updated, sitting at port since end of November and now the ETA to leave the port is February.

 

Mine also moved to leaving Emden 1/25 and arriving to the dealer at 3/5.

 

Guess we can suffer together at port and celebrate together once we finally get on a boat

 

Seems like no one made it on Neptune Barcelona. My date is pushed back as well.
