Please send some interior photos showing your mamba green interior stitching, belts, and accents. Great color!

agree with everything Sean said for the 10 miles or so I got out of mine. its now waiting in my garage for the PPF date.

Did you guys notice this brake duct vent underneath? I feel like thats really really low...

the aero bits and pieces underneath are so cool and more than what I remember having on my 991.2 RS.

i wonder if that's too big to 3d print. I ripped off quite a few on the GT4.

Looks like the brake ducts are easy to replace or just remove and put back on when tracking the car. I'm going to rip those things off left and right driving it around where I live.

Yeah. I kind of think the same thing. You feel these are superfluous for street driving?

I think many components on the GT3 are superfluous for street driving (including the massive rear wing). But the car was not made for street driving, it was built for the track. I'm nearly certain that anyone can take those ducts off without any brake performance issues unless they were doing serious track work.

They are going to move with the wheel, so unless you are driving over stuff on the inside of the wheel, you should be fine. On the track, the big problem is curbing, typically running up on it or close to it, or over it all the time.

Thanks. I don't disagree with your POV about the cars being overbuilt for street use.

I was asking simply because I'd notice if that duct was missing doing my pre-track inspection. But I have no intention of looking under my car every day to see if the ducts are in place before going to the grocery store or whatever!

Massive congratulations!
Although you've offered, I don't want to drive it or want a ride in it. It'll make the wait for mine that much harder.
I will be taking a ton of pictures of the car next weekend. Cannot wait to see it.

Here's my 2 cents for those wanting to take bits off for the sake of reducing wear or damage.
It's a GT3 my friends! The entire thing is superfluous to street driving if thats the angle ones coming from. You might as well take off the front spoiler, rear wing, the silly seats, heck even the engine!

My view, for THIS car, get it and use it as is (some mods maybe), or get yourself something else that you'll be comfortable with.

Thats all great but there is a line between street driven race car practicality vs a bit too much impracticality. I think these brake cooling ducts can cause a problem if you ever go into a pot hole or take a turn that has a dip a bit too aggressively. I would not particularly care about the plastic but I would care about the bent/shredded plastic damaging the brake line connections, carbon ceramic brakes, and other sensitive parts there that simply isnt designed to withstand this type of impact. And my guess is Porsche would say "wear and tear" or "driver mistake" and leave you high and dry with a very expensive bill.
