This is really good info - thanks for posting. Looks like my ship will be SIEM ARISTOTLE since it is departing week 41 and my Emden arrival date is Oct 8th. If that is the case, it will knock off three weeks from my transport time. Crossing fingers.
FYI, Chin has two track days at the end of October at Barber. I'm seeing if it is going to be possible to take delivery just before and hit Barber on the way back to Texas. I've done 7 track days there this year. Would be great to go a few laps in the new 992.
If you click on the map part on the TYD website, maybe it will locate the car in the water to confirm it’s on the boat? Not sure if the map function uses an actual gps locator on the car or something less sophisticated…
Nope - it's just an auto-populated graphic. Example mine was in transit to Emden for a week and showed the exact same spot for a week between the factory and Emden. It's the same for all of us and is populated as the car's journey updates. The only difference appears to be once it lands in the US the trajectory changes depending on entry port and final destination.
Track Your Dream may update before that. While it currently shows a 9/24 on vessel date for me, it also shows on vessel as the current status. This same updating lag has happened for me at several earlier stages.
No update on TYD for me yet. Was hoping to see a change this morning.

i am on Siem Cicero, only open campaign is spare key. Already signed up for Barber that weekend. Ran many laps in my 991.2 GT3 RS there so will be an interesting comparison

I bet you make it. I don’t think the TYD will post ship info until PWL has it assigned to the ship.
Sounds like you had perfect timing!
My TYD updated today moving me to Bishu Highway. Looks like I missed it. Porsche has seemed very disorganized lately with my ED process falling apart so I'm not surprised.

I bet pretty good. It looks like they anchor offshore until they are ready to load. I believe they load them up pretty fast. Based on the excel sheet, it is set to depart on Sept 13. That’s actually a lot of time to allow for docking and loading up.
Either my vehicle is still sitting in Emden or TYD has not updated. My car hit the port on Friday. The Rhea Leader (San Diego) arrived late the next day and remained until Monday. It's now moved on to Bremerhaven and puts to sea again today. I know TYD does not update in real time or often for several days, but my optimism is fading. I suppose that I'll have to resign myself to waiting a few more weeks.

I think I missed the Siem Cicero boat as well even though TYD says that's the vessel it's supposed to be on. My car arrived at Emden on 9/9, but TYD still shows it in Phase 2 (scheduled for production) and it hasn't moved beyond the 9/10 On Vessel milestone, which makes me think it wasn't achieved. The waiting continues.
How does TDY simultaneously show you it is in Phase 2 (scheduled for production), arrived in Emden, and on a vessel? I do not presume that my vehicle has achieved a milestone until it is shown in TYD or My vehicles. Once TDY shows the vehicle on a vessel does it name which vessel it is on or do you simply extrapolate that information from the available shipping schedules?

Your guess is as good as mine. I realize that online technology isn't Porsche's strongest suit, and I won't fault them for that because they build the best sports cars in the world. When I first open the website/app, it tells me my 911 GT3 is on its way and currently in Phase 2 (scheduled for production) of 4. Then when I click the TYD button it shows the status as On Vessel Siem Cicero with an actual date of milestone completion of 9/10. However, I think that if it got on the boat then the highlighted milestone would now be Vessel Entering Port Channel with an estimated date of milestone completion (and I'd be in Phase 3). I just roll with it. It's a Schrödinger's cat situation: my GT3 is simultaneously not built and on a boat.

Great analogy. I wouldn't lose faith in your car being on its way. If TYD shows it on the Siem Cicero then I would presume that that is accurate. Further, I believe "Vessel Entering Port Channel" applies to your vehicle's destination port so you can't expect to see that while the Siem Cicero is still at sea. In my case, My Vehicles shows the car has been produced and TYD shows its arrival in Emden. I consider these to be aligned. I'm just bummed that it does not appear to have been loaded on the first available RORO heading to San Diego. It's possible that TYD is just lagging but I'm not going to get my hopes up.
