I think its safe to assume anyones car will follow the schedule and not base it on because it is at port it should therefor be on the next ship leaving because it is there. I know everyone is anxious to get their car, but the logistical nightmare that would cause if cars started shipping based on what is there would be crazy. Your dealers have a screen that shows planned and expected dates for each milestone - notice planned is always a safer date and expected is the sooner/optimistic date and those are only a few days different.

TYD shows these same dates as the dealer system, which frequently are wrong and appear to be placeholders. Cars are being assigned to ships shown on TYD, most make that ship, some did not.

The TYD dates for the port estimates are not really very accurate. The date for my delivery at dealer is exactly the same date as the date for boarding the vessel. Pretty sure that is wrong.
Also, from other threads, the TYD dates generally populate for the Friday of each week until the event occurs, which TYD then shows the actual date.
Porsche has every incentive to deliver cars to its dealers as quickly as possible and modern logistics allow for very dynamic supply chains. Thus, I don't think it's unreasonable to hope (if not expect) that achieving a given milestone early might result in early delivery in the same way a late milestone might cause an overall delay. Thus, if a vehicle reaches port earlier than estimated it's not unreasonable to anticipate that, space and other factors permitting, it will be placed on the next available vessel rather than the vessel contemplated by the original timeline. Indeed, TYD states that the actual delivery date may be "earlier" than shown.

That is correct, but there are other dates that dont show on the TYD app that the dealer sees. On TYD my car shows as port arrival on 10/15 but the dealer has an expected date of 10/08 - the same for dealer delivery and invoicing (notice invoicing and added lines that never shows on TYD).

Plus, I believe it’s in the hands of PWL - not Porsche - to determine what boat it goes on and the schedule of each boat.
My dealer told me this afternoon that they are now projecting the Siem Cicero to arrive in Houston on 9/28.
That's good to know. Thank you for sharing. I think that's where mine is heading, too. I haven't received a recent update from my dealer and TYD is wildly conflicting. My Vehicles intro screen still says it's scheduled for production (phase 2/4), TYD journey shows it's On Vessel Siem Cicero with destination Port of Baltimore and then dotted line across the U.S. to PEC LA, yet simultaneously with a solid boat line over land and red dot on Houston. Fingers crossed it's on Siem Cicero and still not on the production line.

Your dealer should definitely be able to tell you if it’s out of production and the ship it’s on, if it’s on one.
Don’t think so. My car should be headed to JAX for PEC ATL.
There are two ships anchored ready to dock at Emden and the Siem Aristotle is inbound. From the excel sheet, it looks like Aristotle may be the next one to JAX. But who knows.
