Subject sums it up... Haven't had much success identifying if the ED tails option also include a clear 3rd brake light. On the configurator the rendering of the car clearly shows the 3rd brake light staying red, but the "show more info" link for the option shows the 3rd brake clear as well.

Anyone have a confirmation either way? thanks in advance.

I don’t think it’ll matter as that third brake light is recessed pretty far inside a shroud. It’s likely only visible when it’s lit.

I don't think so and then you also have the two red reflective items lower in the bumper cover. So the clear lighting is not consistent, so I think it's a wide pass.
Some of these items are change for changes sake.

I was initially excited about the option but have reached the personal/subjective conclusion that clear just doesn't look right to me, most likely because of the remaining red accents as Bruce noted above.

I’m certain there will be aftermarket clear options for those lights/reflectors as the clear euro/type front side markers. Which I have already purchased from Suncoast. lol

Maybe painted from BumperPlugs like they offered for the 991. But clear would not work in that location.

I think the clear works well with certain colors, Black, Gray, Red for example. However if in fact its just the light bar, and not the 3rd brake light as well, it gets a little busy back there. Agreed on the reflectors, those will likely look much better painted body color.
