I am writing to notify you that Brand Ambassador Dave Thomas is holding a public auction (on eBay) for one of your coveted GT3 allocations.
This reflects poorly on the brand image.
Since this dealership seems unable to serve its local customer region, perhaps the allocation might be reassigned to one which values the long-term interest of Porsche,

Well done. Provided that the allocation and build lands with a true enthusiast at MSRP. Not sure how one can confirm that. If not chances are the car gets to the dealer as floor inventory and still is offered at $50k over sticker. And that, P.AG cannot control.

P.AG can control how many future allocations of GT cars these guys receive. There are still a few outstanding Brand Ambassadors who would be glad to receive the extra slots.

That is true, however that listing didn't get posted without the knowledge of that dealer's GM. Highly doubt it. Anyway, good job and hopefully we can can all get slots at msrp. I hope to land on second wave as I am one of the wingless guys and Touring is what I would like. Interesting to keep learning how the GT game is so keep the posts coming.

Seems like an example of Capitalism to me. Isn’t that what made this Country? When did America turn into babies about how someone else prices a product they want to sell?

to actively promote, through its own advertising and sales promotion activities,
the purchase and use of PORSCHE PRODUCTS at retail in DEALER's Primary Area of
Responsibility ("PAR").
(note that the franchisee agrees to sell at retail, not at auction; and to ethically promote sales through their own best efforts in their primary area)
