No problem, and not at the moment (had a 991.2 GT3 for a while and it was great but not a daily driver for me -- personally felt a bit too harsh on the potholed roads where I live). Looking into a TTS right now.

Don't see why the delay for PTS...this isn't an all-new chassis car. 992s will have been out for 2 years

While the GT3 Touring was just a tick of an option box, it was not just an add on (or take off) options. For example, the induction systems and aero on the Touring was completely different which required a separate testing program for the car. The same for the 992. But the main reason the 992 has a staggered release schedule is Porsche getting a double bang for their marketing buck. One in January then another in May when the Touring is announced.

They probably have to validate that the GT3 specific bits (wing, front fascia, etc...) can be painted to Porsche's standards.

I don’t think we’ll see this in dealerships until q3/4 2021.

EU will take orders late this year for Spring 2021 deliveries. US will take orders mid to late 1Q21 for summer 2021 deliveries. Canada will have deliveries late summer and so on until the well dries up.

This makes sense to me.....which means build slots after June 1st. So add at least 2 weeks to build and 4 weeks for east coast, 6 weeks for west coast transit. So late July or August delivery to customers in US.

This is inline with my info as well.
'Summer 2021' -- is a 2022 model.

Can anyone provide some history in regards to the RS? How long after the normal GT3 has the RS been announced?

Probably around 14-15 months away.
