I still wonder if that is not just camouflage tape, blown into a bubble. Hood below same shape as what is below tape on left side. Sunlight is high in the sky based on other shadows.
I love this stuff thank you for posting.

I speculate the matte part is still camo, and that underneath we have a shiny ferrari-esque s-duct bonnet.

I want to believe that there’s more underneath there like a S duct but i couldn’t find the video of the recently posted testing photos (With the teared camo).
If there was a “tear” in the matte camo wrap and they are testing at high speeds can’t this just be air getting under it lifting up the wrap in that area?
we may be finding out the tomorrow on the Porsche newsroom website.

That his what I think, a tear that is getting blown up.
If it was a true S-Duct - then testing with it shut would make it difficult to ascertain results if stuff was taped over.

If you look closely, the aperture with the webbing below is more rounded and at a different angle... I think this is all camo on top.. Porsche doesn't have any other inlet shapes as sharp as this, with corners defining it, all have a rounded curve as part of the design language. They are keeping this and the rear bumper camouflaged, as well as the adjustable rear diffuser which raises and lowers.

Thanks for posting!
Go to 2:32. S-Duct (if that is what it really is) seems much more exposed.

I think its just some camo tape that has come loose and been "blown out" by the airflow ...
anyone else notice the taped over "dimples" on the rear bumper cover under the taillights ... I wonder what that is all about - from another model/variant?

Dimples themselves to let the [oh dear] parking sensors see daylight.

The car shown at 2:32 is wearing the same camo from a year ago - A bit odd that it would show up in a video posted today. 2:32 is the only time this car is shown in this video (notice the hidden 3rd brake light as well). Either they are running one of the old mules still, or that one clip was inserted and not actually current.
Automotive Mike's content seems reliable and current. Pretty sure he lives in a van down by the Nurburgring.
I think we have seen the final front ducting in the gas station video, and that the wrap is just peeled up and scooping air.
