911 and Profession
Fixed... this is what happens with boring conference calls :P
Actually turn 29 in October but I just round up, since that's just a technicality in my opinion!
Also, big support of Burger Tuning products. Ran a JB4 on my 335 (N55) back in the day and also got one for my Audi S7 as soon as you guys released it for that platform.
Enjoy the Turbo!

2001 Boxster purchased in '06. First Porsche and lots of smiles over 10 years. (sold ;16)
2014 Cayman S in '16. (traded '19)
1980 928 that I found on here. Amazingly fun car. (keeper)
2015 911 Targa 4S that I picked up 2 weeks ago. Traded the Cayman S in.
2014 Cayenne for the daily.
As a kid I had cut-out pictures from sales brochures to decorate my bedroom... pics of the '84-'87 line up... 944, 928, 911... I'm looking for a 944 in the next year or so.
I had a 2006 Lamborghini Gallardo, from '11 to '16 and then traded it in on a 2008 Murcielago LP640 Roadster from '16 to '18... they were amazingly fun to drive (brutally quick and loud and in your face fun) and introduced me to the 'cars and coffee' and social/fun stuff... but I love the versatility of the 911. Can drive the wheels off of it, or go around town or to the hospital, don't need to worry about weather or parking or stopping to get gas.

44yo Serial Entrepreneur / Executive / Investor / Physicist / Mechanical Engineer / Software Developer in Energy Services & Finance
I love what I do - the intellectual challenge & problem solving + keeping up with the speed of change in FEA & software engineering is really stimulating - honestly can't say I ever want to retire as long as I can drive Porsches to work, work with / write cool code while there, drive Porsches home and play music everyday.
Bought my 1st 911 (993) shortly out of Grad School at Stanford - had worked on them for years before that ... priorities and goals will get you far.
cheers!

54 year old airline pilot. after loving my wife's cayenne diesel, I bought a 12 C2S PDK. Didn't like the seats so traded it in on a manual 13 C2S. Then traded that on a GT4, and shortly thereafter got the call with an allocation for a GT3, so the 3 was the first one I bought new, ordered to my spec, and I believe I will have it for a long time!
45 year old Airline Pilot. Loved the Porsche brand since I was old enough to know what a '911' is. With two kids, dogs and a bunch of outdoor hobbies we always needed a 'sensible' wagon of some sort and I was determined my first Porsche would be a coupe. Although we did get close to a Macan/Cayenne purchase a couple of times, last year decided to buy a 987S Cayman as a toy car. After six months of resistance I finally convinced the Wife to take it for a drive (shes an AMG girl) and fifteen minutes she's officially a convert. Bought a 991.1S about a month ago. Dream car, still can't believe we own it.
Long-time lurker, first-time poster. 44 year old physician. Have loved cars since I was a kid. Especially the 911. School, training, and family always got in the way of Porsche ownership, and then for about 10 years I was deeply into watches and that's where all of my play money went (could have easily had a GTx car if I had only saved the money I spent on watches
). Dipped my toes in the pool with a used base 991.1 Carrera last year, and I love it! Would love .1 or.2 S, preferably with an MT, but I actually really enjoy the 3.4L NA engine, and I don't really need to move up. But I probably will.

63-year-old (just 43 yesterday but accidentally entered a time-warp) veterinarian / turned entrepreneur / public speaker / executive trainer / juvenile delinquent driver. Early love of cars and got bitten by the Porsche bug just over 10 years ago. As you can see by my signature, I've been through a few, now settled in with a CT and a Gen-1 Spyder (second one in fact). It's a pretty good combination. Love the small engines of the CT and the Spyder. Still longing for a 997.2 GT3 RS or a 996 GT3. And this new Taycan looks sexy as all get out but we're talking somewhat of a different experience with these, right? Can't wait to drive one and feel the Porsche DNA with some sizzle.
One of the biggest things I've enjoyed is the Porsche owners I've met on Rennlist here and in the PCA. Hard-working, many like-minded entrepreneurs/business owners that enjoy life and a good rip.

59 year old entrepreneur (since 1993) and veteran. First Porsche was a 996 C2 cab. 997.1 tt, 991.1 c4, currently in a 992.2 tt cab. Plus Diesel Cayenne (now a NJ shore house part time car) and a Macan. Will probably get a C2 cab (CPO) for the shore house.
Y hallo creature from zee future! How does 992.2tt drive? Did you get PTS? And how is the resale value? 😝
Engineer and High-Tech Exec.
Car ownership has been a serial progression for me. VW's to BMW's and Audi's to Porsche. Still like and have different brands, but haven't owned an American car since my 71 Charger in high school (I consider the Tesla my wife's car). I have had a 911 in the garage since 2015.

18 C2S
and 79 SC I am currently restoring/building/resto modding. Trying real hard to spend less on the 79 than the 18 I ordered new and heavily optioned but Im not sure that is going to happen.
I AM a lifelong car enthusiast .and am a R E developer /investor ..65 year old... on this site as I have an allocation for a very late build 991.2 911TTS and ran across this thread .. I have been into cars since I was a kid and got my first
Corvette at 23 saved and paid for it since then I have owned to many cars to list currently own several 911s from a 1986 turbo to a 2018 GT3... . I also so have a bunch of other interesting cars ..I got convinced to buy my first Porsche when I was talking to my brother who had his Cayenne S with 150000 miles on it parked next to my 2 year old CTSV and my car had more wear on the seats and interior and it was only 30k miles ... so I went to the dealer ordered a
PANAMERA GTS trading in her Maserati and while I was waiting on the Panamera the salesman convinced me to test out a used 2010 911S he had on the lot well that was it for me ....bought that the next day etc and you know how the story goes

The 992.2tt is the best car I’ve ever driven. I had to stop driving MT cars five years ago, this is the first time I don’t mind. It’s mind boggling. I don’t care about resale, it’s going to be traded on another Porsche- and not for some time. Not pts. The two major options are adaptive cruise and front axel lift (which I need for my driveway).
