The SwitchPath™ configuration is quite popular, and for good reason. I haven't come across a configuration that resembles the rich tone and aggression produced from the SwitchPath™ with the valves open, while remaining so docile with the valves closed. It truly enables mood-control while driving.

Let me know if you have any questions, whether it be about the SwitchPath™ system or if you're in need of a recommendation for a dealer to go through. As Larry said, very DIY-able, too

^^^ it really is pretty easy to DIY it - almost a sin to pay someone else to install it - probably the trickiest part is disconnecting the damn lic# light connector ... should take about 3hrs-ish and someone to help you lift the
bumper off and on again...

Thats giving me more confidence to try it myself. Does the exhaust come with install instructions? If you get aftermarket headers Im guessing its a bigger job

it does but I also posted a DIY thread on the forum for this - headers are a different deal IMO because of the gaskets etc ... I personally would not attempt
that as a DIY.

Larry thats a great write up. Super detailed. Love it. Just pulled the trigger on a Soul Performance exhaust. Wanted to get the headers also but worried about CEL issues. Im not that close to any aftermarket shops and don't want any issues. I think this a safer move. Evan seemed very knowledgeable about the product. Im excited to hear it. Have an install date end of this month. Ill post over in the Soul performance stuff when I get my stuff and can give a good review

awesome - btw I think you did the right thing about the headers, I'm an old skeptic with regard to changing headers (w/o ECU reprogramming) I honestly
dont think its worth the hassle for the gain...

dont forget to post pictures/video of your new "soundtrack"...

enjoy

I will for sure. Ill be on a trip to Ca and when I get back the car will be done. Ill be anxious to get home. Eventually Id like to get an ECU tune and Ive heard that COBB is the way to go. I went with the slanted tailpipes i think it'll be a nice touch with the satin finish.

I have the Cobb tune, and I am happy with it.

Ill look into it. There a dealer thats not too far from me. Tuned cars are a lot more fun. Some of the nannies turned off. Turbo'd cars that are tuned seem the most ferocious in comparison to NA. Ive had one of each (VW and a M3) to compare to so I may be incorrect.
