Default Aftermarket exhaust

I'm new to the Porsche family (first one). I bought a 2015 C4s and I'm in love. Moved from a w205 Merc c63s. It did not come with the sport exhaust. I want to get an aftermarket exhaust. Any suggestions? Akrapovic seems like they always have a good product. How about places to buy one?
As soon as I sell my merc wheels I'm planning on going with a set of new velos s3 wheels.

Lot's of exhaust threads on this forum. Sound can be very subjective. That said, I have been very happy with my AWE.

Welcome!!

If you can spring for Akrapovic, do it! One of the best.

Any exhaust option you want, call Eric. Very responsive and a pro. Sells everything. Wheels, tires, ANY mods. You name it.

Thanks I'll call Eric. I'd like to get some performance out of the exhaust in addition to sound. What's a ballpark price people are spending on exhaust/install.

Before you pull the trigger you should give Soul Performance a serious consideration.

Everyone will always tell you to buy what they have (purchase reinforcement - stand by as I'm about to do the same thing lol). But I actually bought one of the popular ones aforementioned and sent it back because it was no better sounding that the Porsche PSE.

Then I ran across Soul. Check out the development thread for the 991.2 they have (my car is the test car). They're doing some cool things. And they'll even personalize the tips for you... mine will say 911 on them (I'm doing a badge delete). And they'll be bronze colored to match my soon to arrive Satin Bronze HRE RS306M's

What I've found is they are not just a company with product, they are cool people and Porsche lovers that want to create a solution just for you. I like that.

I've had quite a few Akrapovic titanium exhaust. I have one on my 50th, on my Cayenne S and a few other vehicles.

No real HP gains per se (Akrapovic claims there are, but I can't feel it). Sounds beautiful. Welds and build quality are incredible; weight savings is good.

I just bought damn near every carbon fiber piece vorsteiner makes for these cars from Eric at supreme. He really knocks it out of the park in responsiveness, knowledge, and service.

That said, I'm very curious about the upcoming soul products. I have akropovic on my Ducatis but I'm not sure it's worth the price over other options. I retrofitted PSE from Suncoast. I did this as a foundation so that later on I can add aftermarket pieces and still have the oem feel.

Had the AWE now for 3 years, great product and customer support. They give you a 30 return if you don't like it.

Anyone have any knowledge on Armytrix? Their cars on their site and YouTube look and sound great. Sounds like from what everyone is saying that Akrapovic is great but really pricey and no better/worse than other products. I'll have to look into Soul. That was a glowing review.
