My indoor OEM car cover came in from Suncoast....unfortunately, they sent the 991R cover instead of the 991.2 GTS cover.

From what little i can tell, this may be shorter and longer due to the minor 1" or less differences b/n the two cars.

I'll have to call Suncoast to see what options i have.

UPDATE FROM SUNCOAST...

They indicated this IS THE CORRECT cover for ALL 991.2 (non GT) cars now.
I'm not totally satisfied with the response but what do you do....

Seems like this is more due to convenience due to a SIMILAR fit.
Not sure if this is a Porsche thing or a Suncoast thing

But...I get having minimal options to stock/sell (non GT and GT cover).

I'm with some others here - grey on grey might need some sprucing - I'd do red belts and red S/C gauge perhaps to add some color. Have you thought about the 2-tone interiors?

<Edit - ignore. Just saw you changed it and it's locked>

Sorry, I'm sure its confusing since the gray on gray was my first build prior to locking.

I changed almost everything on LOCK day and then added Front Axel Lift a few days later ahead of FIXED day.

So, my final, locked build was on post 59 which lists every option and msrp ($148,300)

Chalk exterior
Graphite Blue and Chalk interior

Congrats on the completion! I just submitted my order today. Thought I was set on the options until I read your thread and saw you changed your mind 46 times! haha I have a feeling I am going to be looking at the configurer many times in the coming weeks!

HA...Exactly!!!
So glad for all the input I received here. Some truly great people that WANT to help. Other than the fact it gets expensive adding the options.

There is not much I would change, if given the chance today.
The only thing I second guess (daily) is PDCC since the roads in Detroit (down river) are horrible IMO. I bounce around terribly in my Macan GTS (my daily).

I got a chance to drive my exact GTS around the track a few times and tried to play with PDCC. I couldn't tell the difference but probably because I didn't have enough time to get the feel for with and without. Secondly, on a track, I couldn't gauge how PDCC would help with crappy street roads.

I was at a recent PORSCHE DESTINATION event/drive near Detroit (M1 Concourse track facility) a few weeks back.
Absolutely an AMAZING TIME!!

I got to see both CHALK exterior (Panamera Turbo) and Graphite Blue and Chalk interior (Cayman) up close and personal.

VERY happy with both and great to see in person.

Bravo on the Alcantara delete. As mentioned elsewhere by me recently, I think this is a creepy material and detracts immensely from the 'sports' car feel of a Porsche. More appropriate in a Panamera or Cayenne, or BMW/Merc lux barge.

Nice build and it will be here soon! Color combo is very nice. I have seen that interior in a Night Blue Metallic C4S and it is really nice.

I'm still jacking around with my GTS order and made yet another change today. Ordering a car with all of the options Porsche offers ain't easy!

"They indicated this IS THE CORRECT cover for ALL 991.2 (non GT) cars now."

There may be some different experiences out there, but I would be EXTREMELY reluctant to pull a snug-fitting car cover on and off of any vehicle with a nice/new/soft paint finish.

Unless the car is perfectly clean, the snug cover will surely 'scrape' the clear coat depending on the amount of crud. These won't be swirl marks, but something similar.

For the truly ****/retentive, I recommend lightly 'draping' 2 flannel bed sheets - front of the car and back - rather than using a snug/fitted cover.

Not so kewl for your garage shots to Rennlist, but way cheaper/mo better :-)

I don't think you can turn PDCC on & off. The shock button just changes the stiffness of the shocks. Or that is what I think.

Outstanding!! Thanks for info.
Fitting.... since I come from MN and a Vikings fan (although usually that was a disappointment).

I didn't think so either....but there was indeed a button for PDCC and once I pushed it, the light would indicate.

Regardless, I could tell 0% difference either way. Again, I attribute that to not enough time around track.
