I love the build and with each modification it keeps getting higher and higher. OP, are you leasing or buying? MY18 991.2 S is slated to arrive on September 29th and I'm still trying to decided whether to lease or buy. These cars depreciate like a rock, especially since 2019 a whole new generation of 911 is expected to be announced. If you are leasing, not sure if you are aware of the MRM factor.

Looks Great and I love chalk. Special colors really make the car stand out from the crowd of silver and black ones out there.

Only thing I would continue to think about is the painted interior trim. Chalk is very light and will stand out inside.

Leather interior trim or carbon or brushed aluminium in anthracite may work better (not sure if you can get the last option on a GTS).

Thanks guys, sorry for the delay but i just got back from airport after a long day of travel.

I'm calling around to see if any dealers have a chalk painted interior trim spec.
No luck so far.

Appreciate all the feedback. I will keep playing around and update here if anything changes.

I think there is a reason for no chalk painted interior. It is a very light grey color almost a dirty white like, well, like a stick of chalk.

I like it on an exterior, but on the interior it may clash with the silver basically chrome trim on the vents, wheel etc. The stock brushed aluminium in anthracite or the leather trim (free option) may look better. I am a big fan of the leather but it does stack three pieces of leather together.

Agree. I think it would look pretty good painted without all the stock aluminum. But i totally get what your saying.

I'm stuck.

I went to bed at 1:30am after playing on the configurator all evening. Woke up around 5am just needing to get back to the laptop and validate the direction i thought i should go.

This is rough... but i am not complaining....lol.

Another update, one day after vehicle lock....

Made another change and added Front Axle Lift system (FAL) based on another thread i started here.

This adds $2590.00 to bottom line, which i wasn't thrilled about but what do you do...

My vehicle status is V210, Change Freeze Point. Any future changes (if allowed) will delay build day for day.

Stunning build. Chalk was my second choice (I went with White) although on some days it was my first choice!

I did my chalk build with a blue interior and chalk stitching which is only visible on the confugurator in 360 mode

congrats again. That is a terrific looking build! Love it.

Thanks man.
I plan to buy, really didn't consider leasing. Hoping the GTS depreciates less quickly than some of the others in the lineup.

Looks nice. I would think about some interior contrast, maybe deviated seat centers or stitching. Those GTS seats sure look nice with red or silver stitching. I think Power Steering Plus is unnecessary. Replace that with the folding mirrors.

Ok....you guys are either gonna laugh at me or get sick of me.
Another set of changes submitted to my SA. Hoping they can still be done.
Changed interior color, added steering casing in deviated stitching, painted side skirts, removed power steering (since i can add later via software).

Every Saturday morning around8-9am at 14 Mile Road and Woodward here.
Let me know if you are in town. I would love to see the car when you get it.

The car build looks great. The only thing I would add is paint-matching rear grill slats but that's just me.
