Default Thanks Porsche of Tysons

I am planning some quality time with my car on a trip to Florida. I called Porsche of Tysons to ask them to prepare the car. They topped off the fluids and checked the tires for me - no charge and a smile. They even offered a wash. Their service is truly outstanding.

A friend has an oyster farm, so going to help with that for fun, and we'll also go scalloping. Maybe I can grab a few cool pics to share.

Pretty cool of them, good piece of mind for your trip. Only problem is a free wash will cost you about $600 in paint correction!

Yeah, I always tell them not to wash the car. Otherwise excellent place! The service manager Chad is a great guy.

I've been going there since 1998, back when they were "HBL". They used to share the building with Mercedes (still share service areas), then they moved across the street with the Audi dealer, now they are back next to Mercedes. Every now and then they do service open-houses - awesome time! Techs are there to talk with you as you tour their service bays.

I did one of those last summer it it was fun. They had a Cayman engine compartment open and thought that was cool.

Interesting. I have tried to schedule service there twice and they never returned my voicemails.

You shouldn't have to leave a voicemail for such a thing. You call the service appointment line, you pick a date and time, and done. They will tell you who your service rep is at that time.

Or are you trying to discuss something a little more in-depth before scheduling the appointment?

I'm not trying to defend them too much, but just for my entire history with them I have never had any issues scheduling a service appointment.
