Are we sure this isn't the 991.3 version. Seems more like an update than revolutionary.

I can't imagine that sticks. Just because it was on the mule doesn't mean it's set in stone and I agree with you it doesn't look as clean as rounded corners..... I also can't imagine we lose DRLs.

I think the rear end is a much more likely scenario and I'm starting to warm up to it. Didn't like the look on the 718... but liked it more on the panamera and like it much more in that render. It's reasonable To assume as Porsche has adopted traits from other lines in the past and that it would continue.
