Don't forget about the $12 rebate - but not sure the rebate is good on Amazon. If you buy at Walmart, rebate is good.

While Walmart is not on the list, I called the 800 number and they said they will accept Walmart.

If you search for a local qualified vendor on the Mobil 1 rebate site, it will show Walmart (and also some chain auto parts stores not on the front page list).

I wish I'd known this before I paid $57.99 for 10 qt from Napa. I thought that was a good price, but it's about $7 more than Walmart, and I prefer the two 5 qt containers available at Walmart to the ten 1 qt containers Napa had.

Not that $5 actually matters. Just fun to try to get best deal possible.

I think Mobile has this rebate every year around this time - sort of a kick off to the driving season (I remember it happening the last 2-3 years).
