If you look at the standard equipment list on the configurator, under body, it says "Partially omitted sound insulation". The better to hear that retuned PSE.

Hopefully the re-tuned PSE will make up for some of the growl that was taken away by the turbos.

here is my build, should be fun, as far as the GTS sound, pretty sure its going to the the same exhaust that comes with the other sport models honestly, I don't see that changing. However the different turbo internals and the lack of as much deadening should give it a little more anger than the non sport kit version. Either way it will be pretty good. I'd actually rather have them take even more sound deadening out truth be told.

Hello.
Great build Sechsgang!
I am still trying to decide about 3 things on my GT Silver GTS coupe configuration.
- full black leather interior or GTS alcantara and leather interior
- coupes come with sport pasm but it can be changed for regular pasm. I will not track my car and I am affraid the sport pasm will be too harsh for regular roads even in normal mode. Opinions?
- add rear axle steering or not... I don´t care about smaller turning radius and don´t really know if it is really noticeable for better high speed stability!

Help please!!
Best regards.

Love the spec sechsgang! Those yellow seat belts are going to make the PCCBs really pop. Can't wait to see her.

I have a GTS 4 on order now and I ordered the sport pasm (SPASM), alcantara but no RWS. My logic was as follows; I ordered SPASM because I like the lowered look and it seems like clearance is not a big issue if you are careful (this was my main concern). Not sure about ride comfort though bc I have never had a SPASM car. Lots of other posts on this issue on RL. Doesn't seem to be a significant issue. For the interior I thought I would go for the alcantara mainly bc it is unique to the GTS and the two seem to go hand in hand. From what I have read the alcantara is a nice material to have on the seats for both cold and hot temperatures. I just took the standard alcantara interior so it is a mix of both. The only alcantara part that I did not care for was the steering wheel so I got the leather steering wheel instead. Lastly, for RWS I have tried cars with and without and I did not notice a difference (granted the test drives were brief). Many on this forum love RWS and are in a better position to comment on this.
Congrats on the order whatever you choose. Hard to go wrong. Keep us posted what you choose.

This car was designed with RWS, honestly I wouldn't let it pass if you're building the car out and have the chance to spec it. I've driven cars with and without it and it does make a rather large difference in the cars initial turn in and honestly the parking lot aspect of it is actually great as well. at 2k its not too dear for the technology IMHO. SPASM isn't too harsh in any manner, it's more about appearance than anything else overall.

[QUOTE=sechsgang;13944623]here is my build,

Hi Sechsgang
Did you Create a Porsche Code? Would be nice to view it built-out on their Configurator site. FYI - you generate it on the Summary page.

Sechsgang - I put a GTS order in last week with my dealer and was informed they could not do the sport design - said the issue is with supplier of the spoiler. Has you dealer mentioned this ?
