Missing Headlight Washer Nozzle Cap......
I just noticed I'm missing one of my headlight washer nozzle covers and have to ask are these just press to fit or are they glued in place?
If they are fastened by some means I might ask to see if my CPO warranty will cover the painted replacement since the part failed.
If they are press to fit I might just buy some silver ones and replace both.

Press to fit. You seat them. Then press down with your palm.
Might be a good time to upgrade to painted to match exterior covers.

That's what I had so it's a bummer .
At $219 from bumper plugs for a painted pair it's worth asking the dealer to see if it's covered or not by CPO before buying
Anyone have some silver ones collecting dust?
Thanks

So the entire nozzle needs to be replaced not just the cap?

Burning Brakes
1. Insert a screwdriver or an angled scriber, for example, into the opening in the cover and pull the spray nozzle up and out;
2. Hold the cover at the top and disengage the catch on the spray nozzle with a small screwdriver (direction of arrow). The cover is released from the spray nozzle and the spray nozzle moves back into place.
Hope that helps.

I just talked to my Service Adviser and the painted replacement headlight squirter is covered under CPO. Just need a few days to obtain and get painted.

I've always hated them and the next time the bumper is off I'm going to look into disconnecting if possible. I'm hoping it's a separate pump that can be unplugged. I did this on a few of my Audi's and it didn't throw a code so I'm hoping for the same.
