Anyone having issues with their cooling seats?
Noticed today I pressed the button to turn on my cooling seats - and I didn't feel anything - so I looked down and the lights were not illuminated. I tried it again and again and it wouldn't turn on. The heat function worked.
Got to the office. Went to film it for you guys (and the dealer if it continues to happen) - and it wouldn't work twice, but then it worked, per this video.
Anyone experience this? Will keep you updated if it happens tomorrow.

Three Wheelin'
Per the .1 manual, will not turn on when interior temp is below 59 Fahrenheit.

I assume .2 is similar.

My BMW ventilated seats were TERRIBLE. Did NOTHING except blow hot air from the cabin on you. Really not effective even on their highest setting. And this was in VA where 90 was hot. LOL. I find that the ones in the Porsche to be perfect. I don't use them on high unless I'm in the 991 with the top down. In the Cayenne I might use them on high for maybe the first minute or two, then I turn them down.
GM...It's like someone shooting ice water on your back. Really creepy. They are too effective, I think that they must have their own dedicated A/C duct they pipe from. Seriously, the first time I tried them in a contractor's Tahoe I thought I peed in my pants, it was so odd.
So I'm not sure how the Porsche's system works except that it's set up to get you some relief even before the cabin has completely cooled. They got this one right. Here in TX it is a lifesaver.

The Porsche ones actually pull air in through the holes in the seat and push it out of the vent in the seat back. While you could swear they are blowing air, they are actually only taking cabin air and pulling it in around you and pulling humidity away from your skin. As stated earlier, it is surprisingly effective but counterintuitive.
