Just out of curiosity Had PDCC and other options.
Sounds like a good deal to me but the rust on brake pad kinda worries me.

Rust on the rotors!!!! Run, do not walk away from that deal. Unless as noted above you just drive it a wee-bit and see if the rust magically disappears. The other option is to change to PCCB.

I think it's still 10K over priced with the new model already on the streets.

It's a nice build, but the same car with 15K more miles will be $20K+ cheaper. Those first 20K miles really knock the price down. IMHO the smart move on a used 991 is to get one with a little more of the depreciation sucked out of it. I bought my car at 37K and paid less than half the original $130K sticker price.

I spent a lot of time shopping for my car earlier this summer and seem to have developed the habit of still watching prices. There won't be any 2015 with these options at 26k miles to be found anywhere close to $78k. Even at 26k miles it would still list somewhere in the high 80s I'd think (although you could haggle it down to the mid-low 80s at that point). For this car, miles, and features and at this time of year, I'd think you could haggle down several thousand more into the low 90's maybe. The low mileage does make it more attractive and demand a higher price and that will carry into resale considerations as well later on.
And yeah, no worries about the rust. It just means they had freshly washed it and not driven it.
BTW, the original sticker was $131k for this car. Here's the sticker info:

And I forgot to summarize: But overall I think the car is nice but is probably listed about 5k too high. But then again, I do really like PDCC and Sport Suspension so for me when I chose my car I was willing to pay a bit more for a car that had those.

Ultimately this decision comes down to preference, and there is no wrong answer. All things being equal, I'd choose a $70K 991 with 20K miles on it than a $90K one with 5K miles on it. To me 15K miles is not worth $20K. Others may choose differently.

Very nice car and I think it is reasonably priced. Car is not yet 2 years old and low mileage. Generally these cars depreciate 25-30% after 2 years. It is not a steal but not a bad price, IMHO.

This is about 25% off of MSRP.
To add another perspective, In December you can get 20% off on a leftover 2016 Brand New.
Therefore the fair price should be about 95K CPO based on numbers from a Porsche Dealer, maybe less in December.
But if you like the build and PDCC and intend to keep until the end of CPO, the extra few $ might be worth it.
