I've sold numerous sport wheels, they had panamera, gt3, cayman , 991, and 997 part numbers ... yet all identical and completely interchangeable. The only difference is the gt3 had a shorter paddle throw.
Everything I've seen from sellers says it will fit. I will let you know shortly. I have a macan wheel and just bought a 991.2 airbag

I would love if the Macan bag fit because the 991.2 airbag is out of stock worldwide. Apparently not in US dealer inventory or in Porsche AG inventory. It's annoying because it took 8 weeks to get my custom wheel for my 991 TTS and now I can't get an airbag.
Here are the part numbers:
991.2

This is perplexing, bc the bezel has the same part number. So unless the horn ring is different, it should fit. Either way, I will let you know next week.

I didn't know you could buy the bezel cover by itself.
I wonder if you can buy a silver bezel cover for the GTSport wheel. The GT4 wheel has a silver bezel cover for the narrower 360mm wheel so it may be swappable for the black cover on the 991 GT Sport.

997.1TT with Macan steering wheel with leather 991.2 airbag and 2010 steering module. Zero programing... plug and play without error warnings. Butt... the switches don't work, however MaCarbon is making the inserts to eliminate the switches.

As for the leather vs plastic... the leather dents/marks easier, but looks smoother and less shiny.

The one you PM'd me was the Macan version. I'd still probably prefer the 991.2 version to be safe since what you proved works above was that one.

It was a Macan wheel with a 991.2 airbag. They are completely interchangeable.
