Thanks for posting. While I ordered the tinted taillights, that's the first time I've seen an actual photo. So glad I ordered them. and imo, the new sculpted taillights and the new slimmer 4 light bar are much improved. I think they look great on the .2.

Suncoast's precut 991 taillight tint film is a fine retrofit. Installs easily, Looks great for little $, and is reversible

I think they are two very different looks. I'd recommend checking them both out before assuming you can buy the tint film and get the same look.

A retrofit kit is coming, but looks like they won't be available until January or February. Stay tuned, working on it. :-)

+1 for reversible retrofit.

I went through the same conversation with my dealer (they had no pics at the time either) but I find that there's already a tint to the stock reverse lights on the 991.2 (compared to the clear reverse on the 991.1).

That's why retrofit would work best for me I think. Plus, if I make another change to my build, my salesman's surely going to want to kill me.
