991.2 GTS pictures and video
Was this discussed yet? Some clear pictures for the first part and then a drive off where you can hear some sound. This is not the black cab GTS, but a red coupe:
I'd link to their site but it doesn't seem to work. There's a link in the youtube video though.

That looks like a legit 991.2 GTS to me.
I really like that front bumper. Probably too expensive to retrofit though.

Burning Brakes
Radiators look almost completely blocked.
Are those tinted tail lights?
CL wheels look good but a PITA to clean.
PCCD brakes standard?
My SA says GTS will be avail around Aug of 2017 and come with GT3 front suspension.
So..... I'm guessing GTS package will include
+20-30 HP
Tinted tail lights
GTS front bumper
CL Spyder wheels
PCCD
GT3 suspension parts
Alcantara interior
Sport Package
SPASM
FAL
+$15,000-$20,000

There is no way that a 991.2 GTS is coming standard with PCCB brakes.

It's "PCCB's". They won't be standard on the GTS like mentioned.
Look to the 991.1 GTS package to gets an idea of the next GTS.
The front side radiator openings look bigger than a SF apartment.
I like the new wheel design. They've done a nice job on all 991.2 wheel styles so far.

love the new front facia! - note absence of the 3rd/central radiator ...
I'm pretty skeptical that this car will have GT3 suspension components ... 1st time for a GTS model to
diverge from the rest of the Carrera line ...
I would expect PASM, Sports Chrono, RWS, etc as std though.
+1 on the new wheel design!

But seriously since it will still have the same 3.0 engine as listed on the CARB certification documents I think Porsche needs to add more than CL rims and Alcantara to distinguish the GTS from a nicely optioned S.
No?

Nope. The GTS is effectively the top of the range Carrera, its a parts bin special, which means its effectively a marketing bundle of options available elsewhere in the 911 range, so Porsche (historically) do not 'engineer' any solutions that dont
simply bolt on out of the box (as would be the case with Pano aero).
Although I expect that in the case of the .2 GTS the power increase may not be available as an (X51) option on the 'S' models ... although you never know
what will occur between now and the GTS launch (as there is no sign of it yet).

Larry, I only mentioned the GT3 suspension components because the salesman said it would be included. And of course salesmen know all things Porsche. LOL.

they will also package PASM, SC, RWS etc at a more aggressive price point than an S equally optioned...
