I've had 5 GTI's (current 16' GTI) and all with DSG. Not complaining, but my next one will come with an extra pedal for sure!

My trusty old '91 Chevy "stepside" pickup I have had for years. My "hot rod" that is lowered with Comp Cam & roller rockers, Doug Thorley headers w/Flowmaster, beefed 700R-4 with 2,300 stall speed and a 4.10:1 positraction. I still think it sounds neater than either of my 911s!

I need a practical car for the dogs (new Odyssey); but I am fond of my very torque-y 'Q-car' 335d Sport in which I am doing about 22-24k mi / year:

As of this evening, I have a new "beater" for airport & city parking, bad weather days and hauling my road bike.

Congrats on the GTI! Great all around car that's always a blast to drive. I'm on my 6th one and never tire of it. Cheers!

My DD is a 10' Honda Insight. Obviously night and day when I switch. Really really makes me appreciate the 911.
