Oh, remove not only your front plate, but your back plate too. All the GT3 guys are doing it.

You can remove your carpet and rip off your glove box door, too, but do you really think any of this will make YOU faster?

Hire a 120 pound driver to drive it for you. Weight savings 50lbs.

Aren't you glad you came to RL to get this tech savvy info.

How heavy are spark plugs? 6 seems excessive.

...not low cost but cutting weight at the wheels seems like the best bang for the buck to me. Plus an excuse to get new rims.

No paint protection film.

No metallic paint. That metal flake is heavy.

Team, there are no huge gains (or losses[weight]) of any kind for this car that are cheap. There is an old adage; Fast, cheap, reliable - pick 2.

Ex: a plenum is 1K before installation.

ECU: ~1K with little noticeable gain

Exhaust: 3K and up with no performance gain, just sound.(worth it to me!)

Wheels: look to be near 10K for anything lighter and forged(unless you're buying junk) after tires.

I suggest resorting to stickers.

Advertising for brands like NOPI and NOS are especially good for street cred.

Could leave your 'sack' at home. Probably wouldn't save much weight but you wouldn't be pushing the car hard enough to care
