Default GT3 Bumper on a Standard Carrera - Will it fit?

Hi all. Im new to the world of 991 911's.

Previously owned a 996 where i was able to put a genuine GT3 front bumper onto a C4.

Im trying to find out if the GT3 991 bumper will fit straight onto a standard C2 which i am very close to buying.

I know there is an aerokit which is similar, but the GT3 bumper for me is the stand out option. I am looking for purely cosmetic upgrade, it will not be tracked or anything so not really looking to have the most aerodynamic car around.

If anybody knows for sure id be very grateful for your answer. I know there is a company called wicked who do them, but i really want to get a genuine one from Porsche so need to know if it is bolt on without modification?

Thanks in advance.

There is a Rennlister here that did this on a Carrera S in Europe. Try to find the thread. He just updated it last week.

An expensive project. I'd call Suncoast directly for specifics.

Thanks appreciate it. Are you 100% sure, if so how do you know?

I dont mean to question your knowledge, but I am making a decision to buy this £61,000 car based on the fact i can put the GT3 bumper straight on. If this is not the case i will rethink my plans but id appreciate if you can tell me your source.

Thank you very much.

See the comments in the Suncoast link and thread posted by Plenum.

I'd call/email Suncoast directly too.

I think he only wants to do the front bumper in which case no need to worry about exhaust.

Thanks, Yes just looking to change the front for now.

It does look like modification is needed to allow the GT3 front bumper to fit. Ive sent him a PM in the hope i can get some specific info about what needs to be done. Ill post on here as soon as i get further info incase anybody else is considering the same job.

here is a C2S with front Cup conversion which is almost similar to GT3 exepct the extended fenders. The one posted earlier was a GTS, this one is C2S.
