I watch every race they televise every year. Best entertainment on TV all year. And Jamie Whitham and Guy Martin are two of the most interesting characters in motorsports. Never get tired of hearing them comment/commentate on things.

Sorry, this is just stupid. I have seen too many motorcyclist accidents and the injuries they suffer at reasonable speeds. I can't imagine what one of these cyclist would look like if they had an accident at those speeds.

I guess you can't really tell, but this guy is going ~500 mph at about 200' above the ground.

It's a closed course race, no different than F1 in Monaco, Canada, etc. Been going on for over 100 years. Of course it's dangerous. All forms of motorcycle racing are dangerous. Isle of Mann is one of, it not THE, most famous motorcycle races in the world.
