This tread is so big. I have a 2016 C2S with PDK and Sports Chono. No MF or heat. Just want the black leather GT wheel with no button. Is this a direct swap with no programming? The Macan airbag is a direct fit also?
Part numbers if possible. I tried Suncoast but no listing for 16 model year.
Thank much.

Direct swap no coding needed, new wheel PDK shifts paddles works mechanism same with your original wheel.

New GT wheel SC control **** can’t supported in 991.1,so you can’t use this switch sport or sport plus.

I finally got mine installed . I got a little scared with all the codes in the display when I fired her up but after 100feet everything went away.
It really changes the driving experience as I can see through the holes when I turn the wheel on top of the gorgeous look in my opinion.
I did a little mod on it before installation as I was looking for the 991R look.

BTW: I have updated my previous post (#293) with some of the tools and parts I think will be helpful for those who are thinking about doing the job.

Hi to all of you Steering wheel Specialist.

I would to know if someone can explain to me what is the "compass" option in the steering wheel?
I came across on this.. and really don´t know what it is.

I´m trying to upgrade my 991.1 Carrera GTS 2015 (Alcantara option) no MF, no Heating, PDK.
And would like to upgrade also to a black Alcantara 991.2 GT steering wheel with PDK paddle (also no MF and heating and no sport dial).
So as Yuan Li said that it will be 100% plug and play, and I prefer to maintain the clean look on the steering wheel.

The part number that I got was: 9P1-419-091-FE-2W0

Did someone already buy this one? can you confirm?

Thank you.
Best regards from Portugal.
Flavio.

Thanks again.
I read your message.
It will be a GO for it.
I´m really happy to make that update on the steering wheel.
