If you guys notice too, on the GT Sport .2 MF wheel, each silver insert has 4 bolts. On mine without MF, it only has two.

I wanted a cleaner look with no added MF buttons squeezed in and that Sport/Sport + bezel which looks like a huge pimple on the wheel.

Just wanted the wheel and paddles. All you need

FYI. For comparison.

911R wheel

.2 GT Sport with MF and bezel. If heavily daily driving, makes life easier.

My new .2 GT Sport wheel. Only paddle shifters. No PDK/Manual comments : )

.1 Sport Steering wheel

It looks great
.1 sport design steering wheel is too much 'bling' in my eyes, .2 sport wheel is just the right amount!

Money well spent, thanks for sharing your experience with us!

Great write-up!

Do you think this means that the .2 sport wheel with multi-function will be a direct swap to the .1 with multi-function, without adding the stalk?

Thanks.

Should be a direct swap without adding a stalk. The dealer may have to do some programming.

@STG Since I have a Manual with no MF, I assume it's a straight swap? Did you have to modify your control stalk to make this work?

No modification of stalk. Easy peasy.

Manual, and no MF?? Even easier!

Wise move on your part STG, because none of that stuff would work on your car.

I think the MF buttons could work. The tech thought he could get them to do so. Not the Sport/Sport + buttons, but I'm sure someone can figure it out. I don't like that they've been taken off the center console anyway.

I think unecessary

Too much going on for me here.

Agreed. While I think the multifunction wheel in the .2 is much better looking than the .1, it is way too busy. Nice mod and thanks for sharing.
